Participation:

The honor and privilege of being an athlete at Pueblo Pintado Community School comes with the responsibility of being a role model for all students (NMAA 6.1:1.B). 

As a requirement, athletes must turn in completed: 

NMAA Physical form: Sports Physical_Form.pdf:  This permission slip will include updated emergency contact information and special needs information. Elementary/Middle School sports are available to 3rd to 8th graders. Cross country is available to kindergarten – 8th grade. Kindergarten through 2nd grade need waivers signed to participate in Cross Country.

    • Senate Bill 1; (Concussion Law)
    • NFHS Learn Concession for Students (certificate of course completion) before they are allowed to participate in any sport(s), including try-outs and practices.
