Pueblo Pintado Community School is committed to serving nutritious meals that meet USDA guidelines and cater to our student's dietary needs.
Meal Costs
Meals are provided to students at no charge. The USDA reimburses schools only for meals they provide to students. Parents/guardians, staff, and visitors must pay for their meals.
Cafeteria Rules
Following are Pueblo Pintado Community School’s cafeteria rules:
- Students will follow all school rules.
- Students will always model good behavior.
- Tea, sodas, sports drinks, or energy drinks are prohibited. Only bottled water, milk, and juice that the school serves from the cafeteria line are allowed.
- All electronic devices must be out of sight.
- Remove all head wear before entering.
- Students must enter from the designated entrance.
- Cutting into the food line is prohibited.
- Horseplay (for example, shoving, running, shouting, fighting, throwing food) is prohibited.
- Students will clean their eating areas after use.
- Students will remove all trash (for example, gum, paper) from their trays and dispose of it in designated trash cans.
- Students who want second helpings must wait until everyone has been served once and must use the same trays. At times, there may not be enough food available for seconds.
- Sponsors of after-school clubs, classes, tutoring, or sports must supervise their students during dinner (if applicable).
